Ingredients
  • 1 cup yogurt
  • 2 cups flour
  • 3/4 cups oil (canola, vegetable)
  • 12 grams baking powder
  • 2tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 lemon rind + juice
  • 22oz sour cherries (pitted)
Instructions

Step One:
Turn the oven to 380F

Step Two:
Mix all the ingredients (except sour cherries)

Step Three:
In an 8×11 glass oven pan, pour half the mix in there.

Step Four:
Bake for 10 minutes

Step Five:
Add sour cherries in a layer

Step Six:
Pour the rest of the mix on top

Step Seven:
Bake for another ~30m, until the top is golden brown
