Ingredients
- 1 cup yogurt
- 2 cups flour
- 3/4 cups oil (canola, vegetable)
- 12 grams baking powder
- 2tsp vanilla extract
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 lemon rind + juice
- 22oz sour cherries (pitted)
Instructions
Step One:
Turn the oven to 380F
Step Two:
Mix all the ingredients (except sour cherries)
Step Three:
In an 8×11 glass oven pan, pour half the mix in there.
Step Four:
Bake for 10 minutes
Step Five:
Add sour cherries in a layer
Step Six:
Pour the rest of the mix on top
Step Seven:
Bake for another ~30m, until the top is golden brown
